Henry has been practising in the area of civil litigation and dispute resolution since 2008.
Henry handles a wide range of civil dispute matters, with particular focus on disputes arising from complex commercial transactions, shareholders/partnership disputes, personal bankruptcy and company liquidation cases, and fraud cases. He also has experience handling land and tenancy disputes, employment disputes and intellectual property disputes, as well as assisting clients in asset tracing and enforcement proceedings.
Henry regularly represents local and overseas clients, from entrepreneurs to professionals and start-up businesses to multi-national corporations and listed companies. He is also adept at handling cases involving proceedings in multiple jurisdictions.
