Eugene Huang

Eugene joined Haldanes as a paralegal in 2021 and was then taken as a Trainee Solicitor. After having received training in our civil, criminal and matrimonial litigation departments, he joined our Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution team as an Associate in 2023.

Eugene’s practice focuses on civil and commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, fraud and asset recovery, shareholders’ dispute, land-related and tenancy disputes, probate and inheritance, debt recovery, and personal injuries cases.

He graduated from the University of Birmingham with a Bachelor of Laws degree, following which he obtained his Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong.
