Danika Chui

Danika qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong SAR in 2023. She advises on all aspects of family law, including divorce and separation, contentious and non-contentious children matters and financial issues. She handles cases with cross-border elements including relocation and overseas assets, represents clients in mediation and appears in the Family Court as a sole advocate.

Danika also has substantial experience in civil and commercial litigation matters and represented clients in arbitration matters, handled the recognition of arbitral awards and the enforcement of judgments.

Danika obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the City University of Hong Kong. She is fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
